About Jim Marshall

As a native of Ocean City, Jim can attest to the virtues of life at the shore. For generations, his family has owned property in Ocean City, NJ dating as far back as the early 1900s. Jim became a licensed Realtor® in 1977 and obtained a real estate broker's license in 1980. During his career, he has marketed and sold hundreds of properties.

Jim was selected as Realtor® of the Year for the Ocean City Board of Realtors® (OCBOR) in 1984. He served as president of the Ocean City Board of Realtors® in 1988

Within the community, he donates time as a coach in the Ocean City little league and Recreational Soccer, as well as membership in the Cape May County Civil War Roundtable and the South Jersey Garden Railroad Society.
